We have researched and proved that all the mails are created by fraud sathya, we have contacts with top level management of google, who gave all details of emails creation along with ip etc.. 

The proofs are being investigated by Cyber crime police and they are trying to trace the live location of culprit to arrest him and send to jail. Anytime he may be arrested and put in jail or if try to escape will be encountered. As this is dangerous cyber crime to create mails in the name of PM of India, CM's and Minsiters and foreign delegates.
